Making connections between different ideas—and between ideas and materials—helps you focus on understanding them better. Connecting ideas allows you to assimilate and memorize better your study subjects.
If you put in context distinct ideas and connect them with previously acquired knowledge, you obtain a detailed understanding of each and every one, and also a clear mental map of their relationships and interactions.
You can make connections between ideas and materials using the connectors that appear when you hover over an idea.
When you select a material, the path is filtered and only shows ideas connected with that material. Every new idea you add in this view will be automatically connected to the material.
