Crucial business issues take this form 👉🏼

Wicked problems
Organizations are continuously adapting to new needs. They develop and evolve. In the struggle to satisfy their customers and improve their results, all kinds of problems emerge. Some of them are not problems, they are messes, involving multiple people, processes, departments, and even numerous companies. Many times these problems are addressed in isolation and with the linear mentality of "what has worked for us in the past" or even "what works for another organization". Sound familiar?

Stories

Listen to the workplace. Do you worry about creating an environment that encourage people to share perceptions and opinions before they become this kind of stories?

We've been struggling with this one whole year, and now you tell we had an in-house expert?

We are growing so fast, culture is not the same it used to be

We have a training budget, but is underused and we do not know why

But our metrics show we're doing great! what are you measuring?

Why should we invite IT to this business meeting? Nonsense.

We are way too reactive. Plans fail and each week seems like a new direction!

Our approach

To face great challenges, it is not enough to execute the same ideas of a few. A systemic understanding is needed, and create the conditions for change to occur. We help you to catalyze that change and to do so we divide our interventions into 4 phases. These are framework agnostic and flexible, depending on the type of terrain on which we move, we will need different activities and tools.
2.
Exploration
Add context. Identify and expand tools and capabilities. Seek opportunities with new lenses. Depending on the context we can visualize the whole system, prototype the problem, outline a vision, experiment, etc.

3.
Strategyze
At this point we have already found some ideas and hypotheses that will allow us to co-design actions and a work plan to carry them out and learn from their results. We can clarify and activate the vision, build an experimentation portfolio, design a policy deployment(* Lean), among many others.

1.
Framing
Situational mapping. Diagnose, specify or categorize the problem. Reflect on what we know and what we don't know. Find common understandings. Maps, maps, maps.
4.
Navigate
Action + Learning + Adaptation. Carry out the designed actions and adapt them based on what has been learned. Solve problems or better yet, dissolve them. Improve results or discard alternatives and validate learning.

Meet Primers

We have experience helping teams and organizations activate initiatives and accelerate change in the areas and issues listed below. They are collaboration within the context of the client that we call Primers, because we provide the initiator and catalyst for the development of the reaction.

Learning Culture

How people in an organization learn, share and put into action what they have learned determines the future of that organization. But learning is much more than training. How does knowledge flow? How do you manage mistakes? How do you promote learning? What role does learning play in your strategy? And in your work system?
Do you want to promote the culture of learning?

Performant Teams

Great teams know the organization's vision and strategy for creating impact. They understand the team's role in the value chain, the structures and processes in which it participates and the mechanisms for its improvement. Its members feel the importance of the work they do, recognize the opportunity for development within the organization and seek excellence in daily work practices.
What can be done to make teams flow?

Strategy Map

Organizations with a clear and well-communicated vision and strategy generates an alignment framework that guides decision making and execution, using less effort to move forward. The vision is no longer the static instrument defined by management. In modern organizations the vision evolves, continuously adapting. And for that vision to be effectively communicated, it is necessary to incorporate internal perspectives through champions and leaders, but also those originating outside the organization, areas of uncertainty, changing context, among other aspects. We help organizations to see and communicate that vision.

Onboarding Experience

For newcomers, the onboarding process reflects and conveys the true nature of your organization. For your organization, the longer it takes to be fully productive, the higher the cost. Make sure you can express your vision and strategy effectively, explain organizational processes (including why they exist and how they change and improve), connect with key people and collaborate with your team. We help you co-create great experiences for the people you need to grow your business, connecting and making sense of this stage with the rest of the systems.

Remote Work

Is it possible for people to work better from home than at the office? What conditions do you need to make this happen? What should you adapt to achieve this?
Beyond the basics we help you to make visible processes that you can no longer walk.
Simply email us and tell us about your path so we can prepare to accompany you. We want to help you go further.
How far do you want to go?
