Coaching

Coaching can mean very different things to different people. For us it means systematic training of individuals or teams at the pace of work. Our focus is on developing the capacity of the system in which the person or team is involved to promote changes aligned with the purpose of the organisation.

We help our clients to tackle their most difficult challenges with new skills and perspectives.

Through a method that includes discovery and visualization interviews, enhancement kata and conversations with different interpretation techniques (sense-making),we help clients face with complexity and uncertainty, expand the space for solutions, and learn the skills and capabilities to think alongside others.
